How good are you at knowing the cost of things? Motoring costs are crucial for most of us. And how much we pay to keep our cars on the road is one of the questions drivers will frequently ask. But do you know the prices of things associated with motoring? Our cunning quiz reveals the cost of 10 articles to do with car ownership.
Why not try again? Some of the answers are difficult so you can be forgiven for not getting a ‘pass’!
#1. What is the toll for the Dartford River Crossing?
Despite the modest amount it costs, some people think it should have been made free!
#2. How much do the two optional bucket seats for an Audi R8 cost?

Pointless exercise. Not up to the usual standard of useful facts and figures.
What an absolute plethora of idiotic questions.
When I was young road vehicles were not so obvious on the roads as they are today, also the biggest problem is (HOW ON EARTH DID THE DRIVER OF MANY PASS THEIR DRIVING TEST) MOST DRIVERS TODAY ARE SHOCKING)
I’d better start working more overtime considering the quiz don’t take into consideration petrol road tax insurance.
Why are drivers today getting away with not buy car insurance.you see a lot of it on TV being court thank god .
I fully agree with Anthony Brown. I only drive locally but see bad driving every day. People are very aggressive these days and it reflects in their driving.
This very true in 50 s
When I was young you never had to pass a test. My father never had a test and used to drive a 5 ton lorry. I had to take a test in later years.
Today the roads are far more congested, no horse and carts!!
Many drivers today are impatient, look at speed restrictions as minimum speed requirements (including police), they are selfish, arrogant and think they are above obeying the highway code. About 50% of HGV drivers fit into the aforementioned categories and can be quite intimidating with their style of driving, flashing sounding horn tailgating and are “always right” about everything with the quote” we’re the professionals, we know”.
No idea still what the correct answers are! Only the 3 I got right!
I enjoyed doing this but quite hard because it looks like everything is expensive these days but fun trying.
Whatever you drive, there is NO excuse for poor driving. Ettequette on the roads is pathetic and the attitude of some drivers is bordering upon insanity. Unfortunately for me most of the near misses I have suffered have been with female drivers texting while driving at motorway speeds…. FRIGHTENING
